Vakantiepark IJsselmeer in Medemblik
Welcome to Holidaypark IJsselmeer, located in the water-rich Medemblik near the IJsselmeer. And it is certainly rich in water here! With a private jetty at every holiday home, this is the place for entertainment on the water. The park is opposite the IJsselmeer and the holiday homes are on the inland waterway of the Vliet. Medemblik itself is a tourist spot with all kinds of museums, sights and many attractions for young and old. Due to the perfect location and the water-rich area, this is an excellent place for recreation on and on the water. In addition to walking and cycling, swimming, boating, kite surfing and rowing are also possible. And did you know that Medemblik is a trading town from the VOC era? In terms of history, there is plenty to experience here!
You will also find a heated indoor swimming pool, boat rental and a brasserie at the park. In short: plenty to do in and around the park. That will be a pleasure!

Facilities
At the park's reception you will receive a warm welcome and here you can also get all information on renting bikes, canoes and boats. There is also a heated indoor pool (with rapids) at the park where you can take a refreshing dip. Is the weather nice? Then you can also spend a day on the water at Recreatieterrein de Vooroever, directly opposite the park. Just cross the dike to get there. There is also a sandy beach where you can spend a lovely afternoon on the beach. Each bungalow also has a garden on the waterfront and you can cast out your fishing line from the jetty. You can also hire a boat and choose a nice spot along the Vliet, where you can cast out your fishing rod. Don't forget your fishing licence. You will not need one at the park. If you have your own boat, you can bring it with you to the holiday park. The holiday homes have their own boat jetty. Thanks to the park's slipway, you can easily take your boat out onto the water and moor it at your own jetty.
Sports and games
There is a football cage and a beach volleyball cage. Near the centre building you will find a playground for children. Further on in the park there is a second playground. During the holidays and holiday periods, there is an entertainment programme.
