Beautiful 12-person holiday home on a fruit farm in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen

This beautiful 12-bed farmhouse holiday home is located in the yard of a fruit farm. A perfect place to enjoy peace and quiet and space amidst pear trees and the countryside. The beach is five kilometres away while the cosy shopping streets of Sluis are three kilometres away and the cultural-historical Bruges is 20 kilometres away. Cycling or walking along the dunes or through the beautiful polder landscape, West Zeeuws-Vlaanderen offers all possibilities for a pleasant day out. Back in the holiday home, you can relax in the beautiful wellness area with sauna.

Layout

This spacious and modern holiday home is ideal for families or groups looking for comfort and cosiness. The bright living room has a dining area, a cosy seating area with wood-burning stove and a TV. Through the French doors, you step out onto the terrace, complete with lounge sofa and a beautiful view of the orchard.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, four-burner cooker, fridge and kettle - ideal for communal cooking and dining.

The house has five bedrooms:

  • Four bedrooms are furnished with a double box-spring combination (210 cm long).
  • The fifth bedroom has a double box-spring combination as well as a bunk bed - perfect for families with children.

There are plenty of sanitary facilities:

  • A spacious bathroom with double shower, double sinks, bathtub and toilet.
  • A second bathroom with double shower.
  • There are also two separate toilet rooms.

This house offers all the space and comfort for a relaxing stay with several people.

  • It is possible to come with twelve people plus two children, for which you must book a cot and high chair.
  • You can order breakfast on site with a minimum order value a €20.00.
  • The sauna is located in a common room, which can be reserved on site for private use. Cost includes.
  • If you leave on a Sunday, you may stay in the property until 19:00 instead of 10:00.

The area around Zuidzande is a delight for nature lovers. In Het Zwin you will find special birds, plants and butterflies. But you will also experience the ultimate nature experience in the Verdronken Zwarte Polder. There is much to do in the vicinity of Zuidzande: cycle through characteristic small villages where you can enjoy the sea, sand and terraces. In the village, visit Atelier de Test where you can see and buy exceptional works by potters, craftsmen and artists. You can also buy flour at the beautiful mill in the village that has been turning its sails since 1874. Zuidzande is an ideal place for nature lovers, cyclists and people who like a quiet vacation spot.
