Spacious, attractive 6-person holiday bungalow close to Zoutelande beach

At walking distance from the beach is this attractive spacious house with large garden. 

Enjoying the Zeeland Riviera? You can also do so in the cosy centre. Within 15 minutes on foot, you can enjoy one of the many cosy terraces or shop in the boutiques. And the beach? That is never far away. For a lovely walk on the beach, an afternoon in the sun or to watch the sunset. Zoutelande's beaches are known as the sunniest southern beaches in the Netherlands with the most hours of sunshine! But there is more: from kite-surfing and water sports to relaxing undisturbed cycling or hiking along the many nature reserves in the hinterland. Experience it for yourself!

Layout

This holiday home in Zoutelande is suitable for 6 persons. The spacious living room with a large seating area and TV offers space to enjoy. Via the patio door, you step out onto the terrace. There is also a dining area in the living room. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, including a hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and Senseo coffee machine. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have a double bed (one with a 2-p mattress and the second bed with 2 separate mattresses). The third bedroom has a bunk bed. The bathroom is functional and nicely furnished with a toilet, sink and shower.

The house has a south-facing terrace, making it enjoy the sun all day. Directly adjacent to the living room there is a sheltered terrace, making it enjoyable early on with a cup of coffee or a book. The large lawn invites you to lounge or play!

The famous beach of the pleasant town of Zoutelande is located in the south of Walcheren and is also the only beach in the Netherlands facing south. Zoutelande is located in the middle of various nature reserves. Through these beautiful natural surroundings you can follow various cycling and hiking routes. The peninsula of Walcheren has more than 140 kilometers of bicycle paths. See the Zoutelande lighthouse, the Bunker Museum in the dunes or the Delta Works. Looking for a fun activity? Het huisje was zeer onderhouden en bood genoeg comfort voor wat het moet zijn. De tuin bood ons echt wel privacy, waar wij echt op staan. Enkel de tuintafels die aan vervanging toe zijn vonden wij een beetje spijtig. Doch wij hebben een fijne vakantie gehad!!

Het vakantiehuis is buiten aan een opknapbeurt toe: buitenmuur likje verf, houten tuinmeubelen, gazon en de borders rondom verzorgen. Binnen evenwel alles netjes en het nodige comfort voor enkele dagen. Vriendelijke klantenservice en alle nodige informatie in een map in het vakantiehuis

Leider gab es einige Mängel, die ich für den Preis nicht akzeptabel fand und die wohl auch von anderen Gästen schon angesprochen wurden. Es wurde aber wohl nicht ernst genommen.
- Heizung im Bad funktioniert nur im oberen Drittel.
- Das ganze Haus riecht nach Schimmel
- Vorhänge in den Schlafzimmern sehr ekelhaft. Nächstes mal nicht dieses Haus.

Allerdings haben wir den von Ihnen erwähnten Schimmelgeruch nicht wahrgenommen. Wir haben die Vorhänge inzwischen gereinigt. Vielen Dank für die Hinweise.
