This luxurious holiday home for four persons is located in Zoutelande, directly at the pleasant village center with several nice shops, terraces and restaurants, yet quiet. The beach is 250 meters away. The beaches of Zoutelande are known as the sunniest southern beaches in the Netherlands and have an irresistible appeal all year round. Land and sea offer countless recreational opportunities: from kite surfing and stunt flying to wonderfully undisturbed cycling or walking along the many nature reserves in the hinterland. Zoutelande is framed by high dunes and vast sandy beaches. These beaches are known for their south-facing position and their characteristic wooden pile heads.

Attractive, bright living room with a airconditioning, dining area and a sitting area with a flat screen television (KPN including German channels). From the living room you enter the kitchen with, among other things, a refrigerator with freezer, four-burner stove, kettle, combi microwave, toaster and a Dulce Gusto coffee maker. There are two spacious bedrooms with washbasin: one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The first bedroom has two single beds next to each other (160x200 cm in total). The second bedroom has a airconditioning, double box spring combination of 180x200 cm and a baby cot. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. The holiday home has a lovely south-facing garden and a garden terrace with garden furniture and a picnic table. The surrounding vegetation provides sufficient greenery and privacy. Finally, there are two parking spaces and you can safely store your (electric) bicycle in the covered bicycle shed with charging point.
