Beautiful bright 2 to 4 persons holiday home in Zoutelande
This 56m2 holiday home is equipped for two to four people and is located in a quiet part of Zoutelande. The beach is about a five-minute walk away. The cosy shopping street with restaurants and the supermarket are also within walking distance. From Zoutelande, there are many possibilities for long cycling and walking trips. For example, take a walk over the dunes towards Vlissingen with a beautiful view of the sea. Pleasant Middelburg and the seaside resort Domburg are easily reached by bicycle.
Layout
The house is fully equipped and furnished for up to two adults and two children. The modern, fully equipped kitchen has an induction hob, fridge (with freezer compartment), microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle. There is digital television with an extensive foreign package (including eight German channels), DVD player and a radio.
Upstairs is a spacious bathroom with sink and shower. There are two bedrooms: one bedroom with double bed with two separate mattresses and television and one bedroom with two single beds. Duvets and pillows are provided. There is underfloor heating on the entire ground floor and central heating on the first floor.
Behind the house is a sheltered garden of approx. 45m2 with a cosy (and cooling!) veranda and sun terrace with garden furniture. Your bikes are covered and there is a charging station for two E-bikes.

The famous beach of the pleasant town of Zoutelande is located in the south of Walcheren and is also the only beach in the Netherlands facing south. Zoutelande is located in the middle of various nature reserves. Through these beautiful natural surroundings you can follow various cycling and hiking routes. The peninsula of Walcheren has more than 140 kilometers of bicycle paths. See the Zoutelande lighthouse, the Bunker Museum in the dunes or the Delta Works. Looking for a fun activity? Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt , sehr gemütlich und sauber . Geschlafen haben wir auch sehr gut . Wir würden es wieder buchen, aber wir haben wieder einen Hund . ABSOLUT EMPFEHLENSWERT!!!

Die kleine Terrasse und die überdachte Sofaecke war sehr ungepflegt d.h.sehr zugewachsen bis dreckig überall Ameisen die Matratzen im Doppelbett sehr schlecht das Zimmer sehr klein keine Möglichkeit Kleidung in einem Schrank unterzubringen im2.winzigen Schlafraum war der Schrank durch die Betten zugestelltBadezimmer war okWir waren sehr enttäuscht

Ein geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Häuschen, alles Notwendige war vorhanden. Es war immer sehr gut temperiert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist Top. Strand, Geschäfte Restaurants sehr gut zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
