The spacious living room is furnished with a comfortable seating and dining area and features a TV. Adjacent is the open kitchen, equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, combination microwave, coffee maker, kettle, coffee cup machine and a large fridge. There is a separate toilet in the hallway.

There are three bedrooms on the first floor: two rooms with a double bed and one room with two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, shower, bathtub and a second toilet.

Through the patio doors in the living room you can access the garden, which offers several terraces and a veranda. The garden is fully fenced, providing extra privacy and security. There is parking space for up to three cars at the house.
