This six-person Eco Wood Lodge with Hot tub and Sauna is located on Park Berkenrhode, a quiet and green holiday park in the heart of the Veluwe, near Wekerom. The park is surrounded by forests and heathland and offers direct access to beautiful hiking and cycling routes. Experiencing nature is central here, with plenty of attention to sustainability and relaxation. At the park you will find fine facilities such as a heated outdoor swimming pool, playgrounds, a cosy restaurant (Le Grand Café), a snack bar and bicycle rental. During school holidays, there is a fun entertainment programme for children. For those who want to relax in nature, but still want comfort and cosiness, this is an ideal place. The surroundings offer plenty of variety, with National Park De Hoge Veluwe just around the corner, charming villages such as Otterlo and Hoenderloo nearby, and nice trips to Burgers' Zoo, the Kröller-Müller Museum or Apenheul.
Layout
The spacious living room offers a cosy atmosphere with an electric fireplace and a television. The luxurious open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an induction hob, dishwasher, combi microwave and fridge-freezer. This modern accommodation has three bedrooms, all equipped with comfortable box-spring beds. One bedroom has two beds side by side, the second bedroom has twin beds, and the third bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with water-saving shower head and a toilet. Outside you will enjoy a spacious and furnished terrace, set in an enclosed garden. Here you will also find an electric hot tub and a sauna. Moreover, there is private parking right by the accommodation. For extra comfort, the accommodation has electric heating in the bedrooms and bathroom, as well as air conditioning that ensures a pleasant indoor climate in the hot and cold months.

Particularities
- You need to light the hot tub yourself, for this you will receive instructions in advance. It takes 3 to 4 hours to heat the hot tub, for which you must be present. For this reason the hot tub cannot be used on your arrival and departure day. If you have any doubts about the water quality during your stay, you can change the hot tub yourself. You will also receive instructions for this in advance.
- The interior/exterior of these holiday homes may differ.
- Gourmet and fondue are not allowed in the holiday homes.
- The guarantee fund is a compulsory contribution for the risk of damage.
- The heated outdoor pool is open from April to September. Earlier opening or later closing is weather-dependent.
- Children up to 11 years do not pay tourist tax. If you are booking with child(ren) under 12, please indicate this in the comments field during the booking process.

Wekerom, Gelderland
Wekerom is a village in Gelderland, in the Veluwe region. As such, there is plenty to do in the area. Visit the Dutch Tile Museum. Here you will learn all about special wall tiles and tile pictures. From the late Middle Ages to contemporary ceramics: everything is covered. At Otterlo Events, you can also go on a 4x4 safari: drive in a tough all-terrain vehicle and enjoy the most beautiful places the Veluwe has to offer. Want to discover nature, but prefer walking? Then the special 12-kilometre Klompenpad 'Beek- en Bultpad' is just the thing for you! After a pleasant day, enjoy a snack and a drink at one of the many restaurants or cafés.
