Comfortable 4-person house boat overlooking the water in Warns Marina

This four-person "house boat" is located in a quiet spot next to Warns marina "de Vrijheid". The houseboat has a fantastic view over the water and is fully equipped! Want to go out sailing together or with four people? Then hire a sloop and explore the area on your own from the water. Sail to Stavoren, Hindeloopen, Workum or Balk. And go wherever you can't go with your house boat.

Layout

Cosily furnished living room with a seating area equipped with satellite TV and central heating. The kitchen includes a gas cooker, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and fridge freezer. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed (and a trundle bed). The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet. Front terrace, rear terrace and roof terrace. You can park your car by the boat free of charge.

Beautiful cities such as: Hindelopen, Sneek and IJlst are a short distance away and have many attractions, museums, and entertainment for children and youth. Entertainment and nature are easy to combine in Friesland due to the many opportunities for (water) sports.
