2 persons studio in Wanneperveen, near Giethoorn

This studio is suitable for two people and is located in the village of Wanneperveen, near Giethoorn. This studio is the perfect base to discover the beautiful surroundings. It is located in the National Park Weerribben-Wieden. In this nature reserve, you will find the largest interconnected low moorland swamp area of Northwest Europe. It is a labyrinth of various lakes, ponds, ditches, reed beds and hay meadows. Various plant and animal species can be found there. This area is perfect for cycling and walking enthusiasts. Or visit Giethoorn to sail through the canals in a (rental) boat. On the other hand, the moors and dolmens near Havelte are also great locations to explore on foot or by bike. The towns of Blokzijl, Vollenhove and Meppel are definitely worth a visit.

Layout

The studio features a private entrance with a small hallway. Upon entering, you enter the studio with a fully equipped kitchen on your left, including a 2-zone hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso with milk frother and kettle. There is a dining table with two chairs and two comfortable recliners. You can watch television from the seating area, but also from the 180 x 200 cm double bed. It is possible to stream all available channels via the (free) Wi-Fi and your own account. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, double sink and toilet. The patio door provides access to a private terrace of about 10 m2. Near the studio, there is ample parking space with a charging station for electric cars. Bicycles can be stored in a locked room.

Location and surroundings

Wanneperveen, Overijssel

The town of Wanneperveen is located in the middle of National Park De Weerribben-Wieden. This beautiful nature reserve originated in the time when peat cutters reclaimed the peat in strips. Where the peat disappeared, water took its place, creating the beautiful lakes and ditches of today. Nowadays you can enjoy boating and swimming here. The area is characterized by varied flora and fauna and is excellent for water sports enthusiasts, fishermen and nature lovers. In the vicinity you can enjoy beautiful cycling and walking routes through nature, but also to nearby picturesque villages such as Giethoorn, Dwarsgracht and Blokzijl. Would you prefer a day of shopping? Then go to the cozy Meppel or Zwolle.
