The living room is laid out with a sitting and dining area with a wood-burning stove. The open kitchen includes a 6-burner gas cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, combination microwave, dishwasher, kettle and filter coffee maker. There is also a pool table in this room.

Bedroom layout ground floor:

• Family room 1 (6p): two rooms with two single beds, a front room with a bunk bed and private bathroom.
• Family room 2 (10p): two rooms with two single beds, a front room with three bunk beds and private bathroom.

On the first floor there is another social area with tables and chairs. It also has a kitchenette with a steam oven. Also on the first floor are five bedrooms with two single beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and there are also two separate toilets on the landing. Outside there is a garden with picnic tables and a private fire pit. There is ample parking in the grounds.
