Are you ready for a well-earned holiday? This beautiful loft is situated in a stunning location in the Dockhotel Stelldam. The hotel offers breathtaking views over the inner harbour and the shipyards, putting you right in a relaxing environment. The beach is within walking distance, ideal for a relaxing beach day or a refreshing walk along the coast. The flat is located in the cosy village of Stellendam. Stellendam is a village with all conveniences. After a day at the beach, you can relax in one of the restaurants nearby. You will also find a supermarket and various shops for your daily needs. Are you in need of some more hustle and bustle? Then Ouddorp, the nearby village, is a good location. It is a village with historic streets, terraces and shops. With the many possibilities in Goeree-Overflakkee, you will undoubtedly have a great holiday.

Layout

This beautiful 58m2 loft is entirely on the ground floor. The flat features a spacious living room, equipped with a comfortable seating area and a TV. The adjoining dining area is furnished with a dining table for two, and offers stunning views. The fully open-plan kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and features all conveniences, such as a dishwasher, induction hob, combi microwave and a Nespresso machine. There is one bedroom in this flat, furnished with a double bed and a linen cupboard. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin and a toilet. You also have access to a sunny private terrace, fully equipped with a garden set and barbecue. From the bedroom you step out onto the terrace, which makes it extra special. Stellendam is a great place for cycling, sailing, going to the beach and enjoying the beautiful nature full of dunes and farmlands, in addition you can enjoy excellent fishing. The South Holland village is located in the municipality of Goeree-Overflakkee, and has a supermarket and a number of restaurants, among other things. For a day of shopping, nearby Rotterdam is the right place. There are also many attractions and you can enjoy many restaurants, cafes and terraces. For a unique outing, go to Delta Park Neeltje Jans and learn how the Netherlands ensures that we keep our feet dry or climb and clamber around in Klimbos Zeeuwse Helden.
