Beautifully located group accommodation for 22 people with gorgeous view, by fishing water
Would you like to enjoy the green meadows, grazing cows, beautiful views and special clouds in all their glory? This spacious group accommodation by fishing and boating water has 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. This Frisian holiday home offers room for families, groups of friends and/or care groups up to 22 persons. To completely relax, the accommodation is equipped with various luxurious facilities such as a whirlpool, infrared sauna and sun-bed.
Here you have all the space you need to be together with your group. Cooking, eating, relaxing and doing fun things together. Many competitions have been played on the shuffleboard, table football, table tennis table and board games. If desired, various group activities can be arranged, such as solex rental, farmer's golf or a sixcamp.
From the enclosed terrace or from the boat you can cast your rod and fish for eels, carp and pike. Fishing in the adjacent trout pond is also possible. For the children there is a lot of space on the farm. Besides the animals, there are go-carts, steps, trampolines and play equipment with a sandbox.
This is a wonderful location where you can enjoy time with each other, the peace and quiet and the Frisian panoramic view.
Layout
This group accommodation is fully furnished and equipped. The farm is wheelchair friendly and has adapted facilities.
Ground floor
Here you will find the spacious sitting area and TV with open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a 5-burner cooker, dishwasher, large fridge, oven, kettle and coffee maker. For children 0-2 years there are three highchairs and a playpen. There is also a playroom with table football, table tennis and TV. There are also two bedrooms on the ground floor, both with two single beds. Finally, there is a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet, which has been adapted for the disabled. There is also a separate toilet with urinal.
Floor
The following rooms are located on the floor:
- Bedroom 3: 3x single bed + washbasin
- Bedroom 4: 2x single bed
- Bedroom 5: 2x single bed
- Bedroom 6: 1x 2bed
- Bedroom 7: 3x single bed
- Bedroom 8: 4x 1bed + pool table

There are also three stretchers, extra pillows, duvets and a sun-bed on the landing. You also have three children's beds at your disposal.
Outside
From the spacious living room with open kitchen you have access to a private fenced terrace with garden furniture. The south-facing terrace is located at the water's edge and from here you have a beautiful view over the lands.

Particularities
- Upon reservation, breakfast, lunch and/or other meals can be served at the accommodation. BBQ and gourmet food can be provided by an external party. Ask about the possibilities.
- One set of hand and bath linen consists of 2 towels and 1 bath towel. This can be optionally booked.

Location and surroundings
Located in the north-west of Friesland, near the Wadden Sea, you will find the village of Sint Annaparochie. This village fulfils a central function and is a cosy shopping place with much to offer. From here, you can also easily visit the Wadden Islands of Vlieland or Terschelling. Would you rather stay on the mainland? Take a cycling tour through characteristic villages, beautiful nature reserves and the rich cultural history of the coast. Leeuwarden, the capital of Friesland, is about 20 minutes' drive away. Here, you will find a wide range of nice shops, restaurants and museums. Recommendations we don't want to forget are the Fries Museum and making a Praamvaart through the city centre.
