Beautifully located 4 person Finnish holiday home in Roderwolde near Groningen

This beautifully situated and special four-person Finnish Kota (possibly with a Hotttub) is located in the village of Roderwolde at the top of the province of Drenthe. You can really enjoy nature and the wide surroundings here. Next to the holiday home is the small white Jacobskerk, built in 1831. The Jacobspad goes past this church. A real eye-catcher in the village is the large Woldzigt mill, which is still in regular operation. The mill is open in summer and activities are often organized around it. In the vicinity there are beautiful walking and cycling trips.

Cosily furnished living room with a dining area and a sitting area (easy to convert into a comfortable double sofa bed for a third and fourth person) with TV. The open kitchen includes a two-burner stove, refrigerator with freezer, kettle and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. There is one bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Outside you have a lovely garden with a fantastic view and a terrace with garden furniture. In the yard you will find next to a pool, a fruit wall and a fire pit. There are two parking spaces on site.
