This four-person holiday home with private hot tub and sauna is located on holiday park de Thijmse Berg. Located in the middle of the forests of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug near Rhenen, the park offers quiet, nature-rich surroundings. There are extensive facilities such as an outdoor swimming pool, playgrounds, sports fields, a restaurant and entertainment for children. Nature lovers can hike in the impressive Kwintelooijen nature reserve, where you overlook the Heuvelrug and encounter Scottish Highlanders. Culture lovers visit Amerongen Castle or the medieval Doorwerth Castle, both a short drive away.

Layout

The bright living room is furnished with a comfortable seating area with TV and a dining area with four chairs. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, including a filter coffee machine, a Nespresso machine, a combination microwave oven, a gas hob and a dishwasher. The house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Both rooms are equipped with a wardrobe. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a sink. The toilet is in a separate room. Outside you will find a partially enclosed garden with a cozy porch and a Loungeset. There is also a bike shed with a washing machine and a charging point for e-bikes. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets.

Besides being breathtaking, the surroundings of Rhenen are also very surprising. De Thijmse Berg, De Utrechtse Heuvelrug, De Veluwe and De Betuwe are all just a stone's throw away. The area is also home to numerous centuries-old castles and manor houses, a wealth of opportunities for outdoor sports and, what's more, a variety of day trips. Visit Amerongen Castle, Kröller-Müller Museum or the Isle of Maurik. The area around Thijmse Berg is also perfect for the cyclists and hikers among us. There are many different mapped routes available. Would you prefer a day of shopping? Go to Utrecht or Nijmegen, where you will also find various museums and sights.
