Ouddorp is a charming seaside resort with a lively village centre, cosy restaurants, terraces, a historic harbour and nice shops. The clean, wide beaches are among the most beautiful in the Netherlands and offer plenty of peace and quiet even in high season. Explore the nearby Middelduinen nature reserve, spot seals on the coast or visit local attractions such as goat farm De Mekkerstee, Golf Course Catharinenburg in Melissant or the fish auction in Stellendam. Larger trips to cities such as Zierikzee, Middelburg or Rotterdam are also easy to make. For culture lovers, the Delta Works on Neeltje Jans or the Steam Train Museum on the Grevelingendam are highly recommended.
