4-person chalet with veranda in Ouddorp

The four-person chalet is modernly furnished and is located in Ouddorp. In the historic village of Ouddorp you will find many characteristic houses, a church, cosy restaurants and brasseries, shops, supermarkets and friendly locals. The Ouddorp area is very suitable as a starting point for your cycling or walking tours, hiking in the vast dune landscape, getting a breath of fresh air or sunbathing on the beautiful beaches, visiting the fish auction of Stellendam. It's all possible on the island of Goeree-Overflakkee, and sun worshippers, swimmers and fishermen will also find what they are looking for here.

Layout

The living room has a cosy seating and dining area with a smart TV. The open kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, combination microwave, kettle and filter coffee maker. There are two bedrooms with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower and a sink. There is a separate toilet. Outside there is a furnished terrace, a shed, a barbecue and parking for one car.

Location and surroundings

Ouddorp, South-Holland

Ouddorp is a seaside resort with a lively village centre with cosy shops, restaurants and terraces and an old harbour that also houses several eating and drinking establishments. The surrounding area, with its beautiful wide beaches, clean sand and beautiful natural areas, is perfect for taking long walks and lovely bike rides. Here there are several beach clubs and also many water sports opportunities: go kite surfing or windsurfing, for example. During your stay in Ouddorp, visit the Delta Works at Neeltje Jans, the lively city of Rotterdam, the Biesbosch or the Steam Train Museum on the Grevelingendam.

In diesem Jahr waren wir das zweite Mal. Von der Lage her (Nähe zum Strand und zum Ortskrern) ist dieses Objekt aus unserer Sicht sehr gut gelegen. Wenn es Abned wird kehrt auch dort Ruhe ein und wir konnten den Abend auf der Terasse genießen bzw. aufgrund der Temperatur bei geöffneter Schiebetür trotzdem das Rauschen des Meeres lauschen.

Von dem ersten Eindruck, wenn man auf den Parkplatz fährt, sollte man nicht erschrecken lassen. Das Objekt ist sowohl optisch als auch von der Ausstattung das, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Durch die Lage ist man zum einen sehr nahe zum Strand aber auch im Dorf zum einkaufen etc.. Auftauchende Probleme mit der Heizung wurden umgehend gelöst.

Bis auf fehlende Möglichkeiten im Badezimmer ein Handtuch aufzuhängen, (hier gehören meiner Meinung vier Haken an die Wand) war die Einrichtung in Ordnung. Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen in dem Haus, das aber eher für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern ausgerichtet ist, da das zweite Zimmer sehr klein ist. Nur zwei Betten und ein Nachttisch.
