Cosy 4-person holiday home with large garden in Ouddorp near the beach

This cozy four-person holiday home near Ouddorp is equipped with many conveniences. A beach holiday but still close to the village, in the morning get a fresh croissant at the bakery, drink coffee in the village. The market on Tuesday, everything is within cycling distance. It is about 10 minutes by bike to the beach and also to the historic village of Ouddorp with its many characteristic houses, the church, the cozy restaurants and brasseries, shops, supermarkets and friendly residents. The Ouddorp area is very suitable as a starting point for your cycling or walking tours, hiking in the vast dune landscape, getting a breath of fresh air or sunbathing on the beautiful beaches, visiting the fish auction of Stellendam. You can do it all on the island of Goeree-Overflakkee, and sun worshippers, swimmers and fishermen can also indulge themselves here.

The living room is spacious and bright, partly thanks to the French doors that provide a pleasant connection to the garden. The cosy sitting area is furnished with a generous corner sofa and a fireplace - a nice place to relax. In the centre of the living room, surrounded by windows, is the dining area. This is an inviting place for breakfast overlooking the garden or a game at the table. The open kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, filter coffee machine and kettle. On the ground floor is the first bedroom, furnished with a double bed with two mattresses (80x200 cm). The bathroom is also on the ground floor and has a walk-in shower, a washbasin with hairdryer and a toilet. Next to the bathroom behind a curtain you will find the washing machine.An open staircase in the kitchen leads to the upper floor. Here you will find the second bedroom, with a double bed including topper (180x200 cm) and a separate single bed. The garden is sheltered and fully fenced, ensuring plenty of privacy. At the garden table with parasol you can comfortably eat outside or barbecue - a gas barbecue is provided. There are also two deck chairs to enjoy the outdoors in peace. You can park your car in the central car park.
