This luxury seven-person Hofvilla with hot tub and sauna is located on a small and low-traffic villa park in quiet Zeeuws-Vlaanderen, right on the Westerschelde estuary. There is plenty to do in the area: discover the historic fortified town of Hulst, taste local specialties at local farms or take a trip to bustling Ghent, Bruges or Antwerp - all within an hour's drive. Nature lovers can indulge in nature reserve Het Verdronken Land van Saeftinghe, and in the summer there is a cozy pop-up bar on the water at Perkpolder. Resort Knuitershoek offers the perfect blend of tranquility, luxury and discovery - a fine base from which to explore both Zeeland and Flanders.

Layout

This stylish and spacious house features a comfortable living room with a flat-screen TV and a cosy seating area. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and includes a combination microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The accommodation has four bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor. Three bedrooms are furnished with two single box-spring beds, while the fourth bedroom has a single box-spring bed. There are two modern bathrooms, both equipped with a walk-in shower and a sink. Outside, enjoy a private wellness experience with a hot tub, barrel sauna and outdoor shower. Finally, there is private parking right by the accommodation.

Particularities

  • Part of the park is under development, as a result facilities are closed and you might experience some construction nuisance. We naturally try to minimise this as much as possible.
  • The park is located in a beautiful rural area, where peace prevails and internet is unfortunately a bit more limited. WiFi is available but keep in mind that security is limited.

Location and surroundings

Ossenisse, Zeeland

Ossenisse falls under the municipality of Hulst and it has a coastline of more than 31 kilometers. This runs from the beautiful nature reserve Het verdronken Land van Saeftinghe to beyond Walsoorden. Cyclists and hikers like to come here to enjoy the splendor and variety that nature offers them here. It is a wonderful feeling, standing in a lovely breeze on the high Scheldt dike, to enjoy the vast polder landscapes, the wooded dikes, the welen and the ponds. Ossenisse is also an excellent base for a trip to Belgium. For example, visit Antwerp or historic Ghent. Nearby, you can enjoy the fortified town of Hulst or one of the province's fine seaside resorts.
