Comfortable detached 6-person holiday home with a fireplace

Sunny, bright, spacious and comfortable detached holiday home for six with a fireplace. Quietly located on a cul-de-sac, yet close to everything. The beach, the lively centre, bike rental, restaurants, it's all within walking distance. The wide sandy beach of Oostkapelle is at walking distance. Nearby is a beautiful nature area where you can enjoy walking and cycling.

The holiday home has a lovely spacious living room with a fireplace and a dining area. Here you can enjoy a meal or play games for an evening.

Through the sliding doors, the spacious south-facing terrace and garden are easily accessible. The kitchen is separate and equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee and Nespresso machine, oven, electronic hob and fridge with freezer compartment.

Off the spacious hallway with wardrobe are three bedrooms with Auping beds and new mattresses. Two bedrooms have double beds, one of which is extra long (210cm). All beds have separate mattresses and duvets. The third bedroom has two single beds.

Further down the hallway you will find the bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet, as well as the extra toilet. All rooms are located on the ground floor.

The spacious garden invites you to enjoy the sunshine. Under the canopy it is lovely during the cooler summer evenings.

More and more tourists, bathers and day-trippers know how to find Oostkapelle. And that is only natural: in this beautiful spot on the coast everything comes together. Everything you need can be found in the village: restaurants, supermarkets, bicycle rental, weekly summer markets and various stores. What makes Oostkapelle so beautiful is that it has a direct connection to the beach and the surrounding nature (Oranjezon and De Manteling) where you can enjoy cycling or walking. Various events are organized throughout the year in Oostkapelle and there are also many opportunities for days out: visit Kasteel Westhove or Deltapark Neeltje Jans, for example.

The mattress toppers were dingy with crumbs of dirt and in need of cleaning. There was a black hair on the pillow. The front door hadn't been swept for months. There are still leaves from autumn 2024.

Fantastic location with really all the trimmings.
Some minor negative points.
Sliding door did not close.
Front door only closed when you locked the door.
Beautiful garden set, unfortunately the two sun loungers were broken.
Standing washing rack and the -rack for on the door both broken. Parasol was missing in rented beach cabin.

The house is ideally located between the town of Oostkapelle with shopping facilities and the beach. The surroundings of the house are park-like with many old trees. The terrace and garden are absolutely peaceful. The house is functionally and generously furnished and equipped with everything you need.
