Detached family villa for 18 people in Oosterhout in Brabant.

This comfortable 18-person holiday villa is located in the Burgundian Brabant in the five-star bungalow park De Katjeskelder. At this park, the people are naturally hospitable and there is a cozy atmosphere. You will return completely spoiled after a holiday at this park. The nature is beautiful, rich in forests, heath and meadows. The park is quite quiet and very child friendly. There are plenty of facilities to keep your children entertained for hours. But mom and dad have also been thought of. They can enjoy sports, cycling (rental bicycles at the park) or relax in the hot tub or in the steam room of their holiday accommodation. Everything is allowed, nothing is necessary. And the buffet restaurant, cafeteria/bar and snack bar, where you can also pick up pizzas, make it even easier for you.

Layout

Large living room with a dining area and a sitting area with a Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with a combination microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, five-burner stove, refrigerator with freezer and the standard kitchen inventory. On the ground floor you will find two double rooms, each with its own bathroom, one bathroom with a bath and a toilet and one bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. There is also a separate toilet.

On the first floor there are five double bedrooms and three bathrooms with shower, sink and toilet.

On the second floor you will find a further two double bedrooms. (All bedrooms have two single box spring beds)

Outside a lovely garden and a terrace equipped with garden furniture. Parking is available near the holiday home.

Location and surroundings

Oosterhout, North-Brabant

Oosterhout is located between two beautiful natural areas: National Park De Loonse en Drunense Duinen and the National Park De Biesbosch, where you can enjoy hiking, biking or boating. Also in the immediate vicinity are the great cities of Breda, Tilburg and 's-Hertogenbosch, where you can go shopping or enjoy the many museums and restaurants. In Oosterhout itself there is also plenty to discover, visit for example Speelgoed- en Carnavalsmuseum Op Stelten or Museum Oud-Oosterhout. Of course, there are also several supermarkets and restaurants that you can take advantage of. Nearby there are some nice golf courses and don't forget to visit the nearby Efteling!

Alles redelijk goed alleen je mag er te laat in. Het huis is eerst vrijgegeven om 16.30 !!!!!!!! Dus met baby in auto wachten tot wij binnen mogen!

Het was een tegenvaller dat de bedden niet waren opgemaakt (bedspullen etc. op een hoop achter de voordeur). Verder is het huis (18 p) voorzien van slechts 1 vaatwasser, ook nog eens met een heel laag tempo. Tenslotte levert het kleine speeltuintje voor de deur heel veel (kinder)lawaai. wij zijn maar naar binnen gevlucht.
