Be surprised by this complete five-person holiday home. The sun can shine in through the large windows and French doors. Sitting at the kitchen table or on the sofa, you can enjoy the forest and views over the garden. The holiday home is located on the edge of extensive woods near the centre of the village of Norg. In the garden, you may just happen to come across a squirrel, rabbits or even deer. The surroundings invite you to take long cycling and walking trips through the province of Drenthe. Picturesque village greens, vast heaths and vast forests subtly alternate. Besides the impressive nature, Drenthe entices with a rich history of megalithic tombs and many (open-air) museums. Highly recommended!
Ground floor:
Cosy living room with wood-burning stove, DVD, television, stereo and CD player. From the living room with dining area and wood-burning stove, you can walk straight into nature through the garden doors. There is an open kitchen with a small dining area. The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee maker and a four-burner cooker. Through the hall on the ground floor, you enter the bathroom with shower, sink, washing machine and dryer. The separate toilet is also accessible via the hallway. Wi-Fi is available.
Upstairs:
Three bedrooms: one with a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and two with two single beds. There is also a second washbasin upstairs.
Outside:
Lovely terrace with garden furniture and large garden. There is space for 2 cars.

Getting lost in these surroundings will certainly not be a punishment. The landscape consists of fields, heaths, wet grasslands and precious old woodlands. The beautiful nature reserves Fochterloërveen the Drents-Friese Wold are even within cycling distance. For a day out, visit the National Prison Museum in Veenhuizen, the Drents Museum or the toy museum Kinderwereld in Roden. In Norg, you will find several cosy restaurants and boutiques. Want a day of shopping with a bit more on offer? You can be in Assen or Groningen in no time.
