Luxurious 6-person holiday home with sauna and near the beach in Zeeuws Vlaanderen
This luxurious six-person holiday home with sauna is located at Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad. Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad is an ideal base for lovers of the beach and nature. At only 1,200 meters you will find the North Sea beach, one of the cleanest beaches in the Netherlands and also with the most hours of sunshine. Close by there is also a beautiful nature park with special flora and fauna, but you can also find ancient fossils and shark teeth here. During your stay at Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad, you will not lack anything thanks to the many facilities. The resort has, among other things, a modern restaurant with a spacious outdoor terrace, an indoor swimming pool and an outdoor swimming pool, a mini market with bread service, playgrounds, a playroom and the Mio Kids Club. There is even a fenced dog playing field where your dog can play with other dogs and discover various play elements. A beautiful holiday destination for all ages!
Layout
The modern living room with a dining area and a spacious sitting area with a smart TV that offers the possibility to stream. The luxury kitchen includes a cooking island, Bora hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, combination microwave, kettle, toaster and a wine fridge. In addition, there is a separate toilet on the ground floor. There is also a bedroom on the ground floor with two single beds and a smart TV with streaming option. There is also an en-suite bathroom with a shower and sink.
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom, one of which has a private sauna, shower and sink. The other en-suite bathroom has a bath, shower and a spacious washbasin. There is also a separate toilet on the first floor.
Through the patio doors in the living room you reach the garden and the terrace with a lounge set and a dining set. The terrace is located above the creek and offers a beautiful view of the water. There are two private parking spaces available right next to the house. There is also a charging station for your electric car.

Beach, dunes and beautiful vegetation alternate in the area around Nieuwvliet, which is also the habitat for numerous bird species and a wealth of special plants. As a nature lover, you will certainly be able to enjoy the beautiful nature and birds in this special part of Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. And are several bicycle routes through the beautiful surroundings. Nieuwvliet has some nice stores, including a bakery and a few cafes and restaurants. There is plenty to do in the Nieuwvliet area, so all beach activities are possible, you can even paraglide in Nieuwvliet-Bad! For a day of shopping, head to Sluis, but even Belgian Bruges is not far.

Sehr schönes Haus, das sehr großzügig ist und genügend Platz für 6 Personen bietet.
Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, es fehlt aber leider an Schränken.
In den Schlafzimmer gibt es nur offene Regale - diese sind zudem noch sehr klein. Für eine Woche wird es richtig eng. In der Küche gibt es keine Staumöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel.

Hallo, wir waren zum 1. mal im Park und finden das Konzept + Anlage sehr schön! 2 Probleme haben wir mit dem Parkmanager besprochen: 1. Viel Dreck im See und an den Wegen (Bitte +kleine Abfalleimer aufstellen) 2. Die Abfallcontainer am Parkeingang sind in der Hauptsaison oft überfüllt (Bitte + Container oder häufigere Entleerung).

We hebben genoten van een prachtig huisje en een mooie omgeving. Mede door het mooie weer hebben we kunnen genieten van heerlijk stranddagen!
