8 persone holiday house in Koudekerke-Dishoek only 100M from the beach.

At the resort Noordzee Résidence Dishoek you can rent this eight-person holiday villa and have a wonderful beach holiday with your family. The holiday home is equipped with every comfort. Koudekerke is a village in the municipality of Veere on the island of Walcheren. In addition to a few special monuments and buildings, you will also find several terraces and restaurants where one of the many regional dishes is served. There are several cycling and walking routes next door so that you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings with its typical Walcheren villages and beautiful country roads in different ways that lead you to, for example, Biggekerke, Vlissingen, Middelburg, Zoutelande and Domburg. The resort is only 100 meters from the North Sea beach, where you can not only practice various water sports, but also enjoy sunbathing or go for pleasant walks.

Layout

On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with underfloor heating and smart TV, an open kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher, combi microwave and Nespresso machine, toilet. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with single box-spring beds and a private bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. On the second floor there are also two bedrooms with two box-spring beds and with a shared bathroom. The villa has a washing machine, tumble dryer and free wifi. There is a garden with a lounge set and parking for two cars.

  • Exterior and interior may differ per holiday residence and may differ from the photos.
  • The facilities are closed in the mid-weeks outside the summer season.
  • As a guest of Roompot Noordzee Résidence Dishoek, you can use the facilities of holiday park Hof Domburg. You also have free access to Zwembad De Parel. This holiday park is approximately 20 minutes away by car.
  • These holiday homes cannot be rented for business purposes and the main booker must be at least 21 years old.
  • The park reserves the right to charge a deposit between EUR 50 and EUR 500 per person on site. This deposit depends on the group composition. Please take this into account when making your reservation.

Location and surroundings

Koudekerke, Zeeland

With many cycling and hiking routes next door, you can explore the beautiful surroundings of Koudekerke in various ways. Among other things, you will find typical Walcheren villages and beautiful country roads. From Koudekerke runs a three-kilometer long Strandweg to Dishoek, which, because of its location at the foot of the dunes, is a real tourist attraction. This is a great contrast to rustic Koudekerke where you will find the necessary space and tranquility, but still be in the vicinity of many tourist activities. For example, typical Walcheren towns Veere and Zoutelande are definitely worth a visit. Would you like to spend a day shopping? Then visit the cozy Middelburg or Vlissingen.

Verwarming is een minpunt. De thermostaat staat veel te dicht bij de kachel waardoor het boven in de kamers VEEL te koud was.

Mooi huis dichtbij restaurants en het strand met goede strandtenten. Helaas was het vistaria gesloten om een keer vis en frietjes te halen. Zoutelande, Vlissingen en Koudekerke dichtbij. Prachtig weer gehad dus in een woord: Super!
