20 person group accommodation in Koksijde at 150 meters from the beach

This villa can accommodate 20 people and is located in Koksijde. The vacation home is fully equipped. With the dunes at 50 meters and the beach at 150 meters makes this group accommodation the ideal place for a beach vacation with the family. Enjoy nature and take a walk through the dunes and along the beach. If you prefer shopping or eating out you can go to Sint-Idelsbald, De Panne or Koksijde. Opposite the villa is a stop of the coastal streetcar. This streetcar takes you along all the coastal towns of Belgium. 

You enter this villa in the hall with a toilet. Through the hall you enter the large living room with two dining tables for 10 people, sitting area with sofas, a television and a DVD player. There is also a sunny conservatory with seating area. The kitchen is under equipped with a professional 6-burner gas stove, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave and two filter coffee makers and a Senseo. The garage is furnished as a relaxation area with a table tennis table, table football. Here you will also find a washing machine, dryer and an additional refrigerator and freezer.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms. There is a bedroom with a double bed (140x200) and a bedroom with two single beds and a wooden crib. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and a sink. 

On the second floor there are four bedrooms. There is a bedroom with four single beds, a room with two single beds and a crib, a room with three single beds and a room with a bunk bed. Also on this floor is a bathroom with a shower, infrared sauna, sink and toilet and a bathroom with a shower and sink. There is a separate toilet.

On the second floor there are two more bedrooms, one with three single beds and the other with two single beds. Here there is also another bathroom with a shower and sink.

Outside there is a spacious enclosed garden with two large terraces with garden furniture, three sun loungers and a large (charcoal) barbecue. On the driveway there is parking for up to six cars.
