Authentic 8-person holiday home, spacious and wooded in Klijndijk, Drenthe

On this authentic barnyard stands the detached eight-person vacation home. The vacation home is located in the village of Klijndijk which is surrounded by the beautiful features of Drenthe such as heaths and dolmens. For longer walking and cycling routes, there are numerous routes in the vicinity of Klijndijk along the heathlands and forests. On hot summer days you can cool off in the nearby outdoor swimming pool 'De Leewal' in Exloo, or take a dip in the natural lake 'De Kibbelkoele'. For some more liveliness, bustling Emmen is just ten kilometers away, with cozy terraces and various shopping opportunities. A visit to the popular zoo Wildlands in Emmen should definitely not be missed, especially for families with children. For children there is a climbing apparatus at the vacation home, and fishing enthusiasts can enjoy the fishing water just 50 meters away. A buffet restaurant opposite the vacation home offers delicious dining options.

In the owners' yard is the detached vacation farmhouse with lots of windows for stunning views of the countryside. The spacious living room has a cozy sitting area, WiFi (fiber optic internet) and a large television with Netflix. There is also a game closet for some old-fashioned entertainment. The kitchen is well equipped with high table with bar stools, five-burner stove, oven, kettle, filter coffee maker, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washer and dryer. On the second floor are four bedrooms and a toilet with sink. The master bedroom has two generous single box-spring beds. The second bedroom has a single bed with a pull-out mattress for a possible eighth person. The third and fourth bedrooms each have a double box-spring bed. The bathroom is on the first floor and includes a toilet, sink and walk-in shower. Outside there is a large garden with its own terrace and garden chairs, a climbing frame for children, chickens running around, fruit trees and a vegetable garden. A food forest is currently being planted where you can go for lovely walks. Parking is available at the cottage.
