Beautiful 6 person house in Julianadorp aan Zee

This beautiful six-person vacation home is located on the small-scale Villaparc Duynopgang and is right behind the dunes in the Kop van Noord-Holland. With about a five-minute drive you are on the beach where you can take a lovely dip. The area is ideal for a bicycle or walking tour through the dunes on the North-Hollandpad. There are also nice trips possible. In the seaside resort of Julianadorp aan Zee there are cozy restaurants. Den Helder has a large indoor shopping center and Fort Kijkduin is also recommended. In Julianadorp there is a shopping center and supermarkets. In addition, the seaside resorts Callantsoog, Sint Maartenszee, Bergen aan Zee and Schoorl are also a very short distance from this house. A half-hour drive away are the port cities of Hoorn, Enkhuizen and Alkmaar. At 4 kilometers from the park, drilling to the end of Texel is also a possibility. 

Layout

The living room has a sitting area, internet and television with Dutch and German channels. The kitchen has a filter coffee maker, freezer, kettle, microwave, convection oven, 4-burner stove and fridge with freezer. In addition to the existing coffee machine, there is also a new version of a Senseo. There is one high chair and stair gate at your disposal (no crib). In the utility room there is an extra refrigerator, washing machine and dryer. There is a separate toilet on the first floor. The first floor is covered with tiles and the upper floor with durable laminate.


The house has three bedrooms which are located on the upper floor. One bedroom has a double bed with single comforters and the other two bedrooms have single beds. The bathroom is also located upstairs and has a shower and bathtub combined, a toilet and sink.


The garden faces south and has garden furniture, waterside decking and a parasol. There is parking for two cars at the house.

If you are looking for peace, space, wide beaches, dunes and beautiful nature, Julianadorp aan Zee is the place to be. The beaches are safe and clean, and you can enjoy swimming, sunbathing, water sports or a game of tennis or golf. The surroundings offer many opportunities for lovely walking and cycling trips through the impressive dunes, bulb fields and villages along the beautiful North Sea coast. Via the dunes, you can go on to the cosy tourist places Callantsoog, Groet and Schoorl. Alkmaar, with its famous cheese market, is also well worth a visit. From the nearby port of Den Helder, the ferry leaves for the island of Texel for a lovely day out.
