Very nice 4 person chalet on wooded estate.
If there is one place where you can completely lose yourself in beautiful nature, it is here! Because Het Grote Zand estate is surrounded by no less than four nature reserves: The Great Sand, The White Sand, The Heuvinger Sand and the North and Hijkerveld. Stay in a comfortable bungalow or group accommodation at this child-friendly park where young and old can enjoy a variety of fun and exciting facilities and activities. Relax in the swimming pool with sauna and Turkish bath, play as a child in the exciting jungle forest or the playground. In the evening, enjoy a tasty meal together in the cozy restaurant with terrace. Although an evening of gourmet cooking in your beautiful vacation bungalow also sounds great!
Layout
This very nice chalet features a cozy living room with television, sitting and dining area and sunny bay window. There is an open kitchen with a microwave, filter coffee maker and dishwasher, among other things. The bathroom has a sink, shower and toilet. There are two bedrooms each with two single beds or one bedroom with two single beds and a bunk bed in the other bedroom. There is a detached storage room in this vacation home. Outside the house you will find a lovely terrace equipped with garden furniture. There is parking for one car at the chalet.

Availability
Particularities
- The interior/exterior of these vacation homes may differ.
- On Landgoed Het Grote Zand, barbecuing is not allowed with a coal BBQ, but only with an electric or gas BBQ.
- These vacation homes cannot be rented for business purposes and the main booker must be at least 21 years old.
- The park reserves the right to charge a deposit between EUR 50 and EUR 500 per person on site. This deposit depends on the group composition. Please take this into account when making the reservation.

Hooghalen is surrounded by four nature reserves where you can take beautiful walks and cycling trips. Besides the vast landscapes with forests, heath and meadows, you will find several dolmens nearby. Remembrance Centre Camp Westerbork, Museum Village Orvelte and the Drents Museum in Assen are just a stone's throw away. All definitely worth a visit. If you are looking for a day of thrills, Outdoor Klimpark Grolloo or the Drouwenerzand amusement park are just the place to be. Want a day of shopping? You can be in cosy Assen in the blink of an eye. With beautiful natural areas and plenty to do, this is the ideal place to unwind without getting bored.

Prettig chalet, van ongeveer alle gemakken voorzien. Fijn park, mooie omgeving om te wandelen, fietsen en andere activiteiten te ondernemen. Gelukkig maakt het naastgelegen spoor niet al te veel herrie.

Prima chalet wat we toegewezen hebben gekregen, was niet de chalet waar we op geboekt hadden, dit was wel even apart, waar we op geboekt hadden, was iets groter qua oppervlakte dat was wel jammer, verder prima vakantie gehad.

Ik had mogen verwachten dat er geen hopen bladeren op het terras/pad naar de deur zouden liggen. Ook zou het terras en looppad niet spekglad hoeven te zijn.
