- On Landgoed Het Grote Zand, barbecuing is not allowed with a coal BBQ, but only with an electric or gas BBQ.
- These vacation homes cannot be rented for business purposes and the main booker must be at least 21 years old.
- The park reserves the right to charge a deposit between EUR 50 and EUR 500 per person on site. This deposit depends on the group composition. Please take this into account when making the reservation.

Besides the vast landscapes with forests, heath and meadows, you will find several dolmens nearby. Remembrance Centre Camp Westerbork, Museum Village Orvelte and the Drents Museum in Assen are just a stone's throw away. All definitely worth a visit. If you are looking for a day of thrills, Outdoor Klimpark Grolloo or the Drouwenerzand amusement park are just the place to be. Want a day of shopping? You can be in cosy Assen in the blink of an eye. With beautiful natural areas and plenty to do, this is the ideal place to unwind without getting bored.

Mooi park met name voor rust zoekers.
We mochten eerder inchecken, dat was gastvrij maar dan wel jammer dat de receptie sluit voor lunchpauze en dat de horeca twee dagen dicht is.
Huisje was prima, zeer complete inventaris en mooie inrichting.
Een afsluitbaar schuurtje voor fietsen zou het helemaal compleet maken.
