Nice 8 person holiday bungalow near the Sallandse Heuvelrug

This eight-person vacation bungalow is located on the Hoge Hexel bungalow park. Bungalowpark Hoge Hexel is located in the beautiful green landscape of Twente and a stone's throw from the Sallandse Heuvelrug. The peaceful and natural surroundings guarantee a pleasant and relaxing vacation. Take beautiful cycling or hiking trips or go fishing in the fish pond. Yet looking for some more action, make a trip to Nijverdal, Almelo, Hengelo or Enschede. Cozy towns with nice shopping streets and tasty restaurants and educational museums. Less than an hour's drive from the German border, a trip to our eastern neighbors is also easily made.

Layout

The living room has a cozy sitting area with television. The dining area is also located in the living room and is equipped with an eight-person dining table. The semi-open kitchen is equipped with a filter coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, combination microwave, 4-ring ceramic hob and kettle. The bathroom is on the first floor and has a shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. Upstairs are four bedrooms, each with two box-spring beds. Two of these bedrooms have their own sink. There is also a separate toilet on the upper floor. Outside there is a lovely garden with garden furniture and parking for one car at the house.

In Twente, a stone's throw from Almelo and Nijverdal, lies Hoge Hexel. Amid green farmland and close to the Sallandse Heuvelrug, this area has something for everyone. Nature lovers can enjoy all the natural beauty, and its tranquillity, during beautiful walking and cycling trips. The Nature Experience Centre in Denekamp and Natuurdiorama Holterberg in Holten are great outings to learn a bit more about nature and wildlife in the area. Looking for a bit more excitement? Visit the towns of Almelo, Nijverdal, Rijssen, Hengelo and Enschede, where shops, museums, restaurants and pavement cafés adorn the cities. Tierpark Nordhorn, just across the border in Germany, is also a great outing for the whole family.

De boiler was niet goed afgesteld waardoor er weinig warm water was. Na 3 korte douche beurten was de boiler leeg en we zaten in een 8 persoons huisje.

Wat een mooi park en super schoon huisje! We hadden twee honden mee en voor allebei lag er een kluif en een rolletje poepzakjes klaar, super goed! Ze hebben heerlijk liggen knagen ☺️
Ruimte genoeg voor 4 volwassenen en 4 kinderen. Boven was een 2e toilet, ook erg fijn. Prima badkamer met ruime douchecabine, dubbele wastafel en kast. Aanrader!
