This luxury villa with whirlpool bath and sauna for two people is on the edge of the park overlooking the meadows. The luxury holiday park Hof van Salland in Hellendoorn is located in the unique holiday region of Salland. The holiday park is situated between the river IJssel and the National Park Sallandse heuvelrug. From your luxurious and comfortable holiday villa on the park, you have every opportunity to discover the surrounding towns and villages, impressive Hanseatic cities and the beautiful nature of Salland and the neighbouring Vecht valley. For the necessary exercise, you could hit a ball on the all-weather tennis court, or take a refreshing dip in the beautiful and heated outdoor swimming pool. For children, there is a fun playground with various climbing equipment, swings and an air trampoline. You can enjoy a meal in the lovely restaurant on the holiday park. There is also a sandwich or even breakfast service available.

Layout

The spacious living room is furnished with a flat-screen TV, a gas-fired fireplace and underfloor heating. The open kitchen has a gas hob (5 burners and a wok burner), a dishwasher, an Illy espresso machine, combi oven, a fridge and a separate freezer. On the ground floor there is a separate toilet, a bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a Sunshower, rain shower and a washbasin. On the first floor you will find a second bathroom with a whirlpool bath, a sink and a toilet. This floor also houses the traditional sauna. From the living room, you open the French doors to the terrace with a luxurious garden set with parasol, where you can enjoy the spacious garden in peace and quiet. There is parking for one car near the house.

  • The house has an Illy espresso machine. The special cups for this are only available at the reception of the park.
  • Please note that Hof van Salland is fireworks-free.
  • The interior/exterior of these holiday homes may differ from each other.
  • This vacation home cannot be rented for business purposes.
  • One towel package per person is standard for the maximum travel party allowed in the house.
  • No cats are allowed

Then visit the cities of Deventer, Almelo or Raalte. Here the real shopaholics can indulge themselves in the many shops these cosy places have to offer. For a city walk or a visit to a museum, these cities are also highly recommended and should not be missing from your list.
