Ground floor:
Spacious comfortably furnished living room with dining and sitting area with safe and TV. From the living room there is a patio door to the terrace and the spacious garden with a view over the pond. The open kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and / or combi oven, filter coffee maker, kettle and a four-burner stove.
Floor:
Three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. Two bedrooms are adjacent to the spacious roof terrace with a view over the water.
Two bathrooms. The first bathroom with bath, sink and toilet. Second bathroom with shower and sink.
Outside:
Garden terrace and large garden with a view over the water. Garden terrace with garden furniture.
Parking:
You park your car in front of the house. If you come with more cars, there are various other parking options at the park.

- Please note that the bunk bed is suitable for children, but an adult can sleep in the lower bed. The upper bed is only suitable for children. Therefore this accommodation can be booked for a maximum of five adults and one child. Are you booking with five adults? Then book the holiday home for four adults and one child. Then please indicate in the comments that you are coming with five adults.
The interior / layout of the villas can differ per villa.

Location and surroundings
In the middle of Limburg and on the Maasplassen lies the town of Heel. The Maasplassen cover more than 3,000 hectares of large and small lakes connected to the Meuse. Together, they form a lively setting for water sports and recreation. You will be amazed at the number of water sports possibilities offered by Limburg: sailing, fishing, diving, swimming, (sloop)sailing, it's all possible! For a day on dry land, there are also many things to do, for example visit Kasteel Van Heel or one of the many other castles in the area. Cycle and walk around or visit one of the authentic villages and beautiful cities in Limburg, such as Roermond, Maastricht, Valkenburg or Arcen.

Ausstattung könnte moderner und zeitgemäßer sein ( kein Radio , nur 4 deutsche Fernsehsender )
Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren zwar frisch gewaschen allerdings noch fleckig.
Schimmel in der Dusche ( Fugen )
Leider kein Restaurant oder Imbiss im Park selbst für Brötchen muss man Fahren
Het huisje was ruim, comfortabel en compleet. Heerlijke bedden (minpuntje dat de 2 persoonsbedden erg gemakkelijk uit elkaar schuiven....), behoorlijk schoon, fijne badkamer.
Huizen zijn onderling goed geïsoleerd!
