Beautiful 8 person holiday home on a holiday park in Halfweg

This spacious holiday home for eight persons is situated on a holiday park that borders on a beautiful nature reserve in Spaarnwoude. You can enjoy walking, cycling, swimming and much more. The holiday park is situated between Amsterdam and Haarlem. Here, you can shop, eat and explore culture to your heart's content. If you want to explore Amsterdam properly, a cruise through the Amsterdam canals is definitely worthwhile. The surroundings have a lot to offer in North Holland. The beautiful polders, the lakes and the dunes are definitely worth a visit. In short, there is plenty to do!

Layout

The eight-person holiday home is located on a holiday park in Halfweg. In the living room there is a sitting area with a television. The luxurious open kitchen is equipped with a combi microwave, coffeemaker, water boiler and dishwasher. There are four bedrooms, one bedroom is located on the ground floor and the other three bedrooms are on the first floor. The house has two bathrooms with shower and toilet. In one of the houses there is a bathtub. The toilet is separate. The spacious terrace has a garden set. WIFI is available. Their is parking space for 2 cars at the house.

  • One of the houses has no bath.

  • The houses may vary in interior and exterior and therefore differ from the photos shown.
  • The park reserves the right to request a deposit on site from all guests renting holiday homes. The deposit is a maximum of EUR 100 per person.
  • It is necessary for the main booker to be present at check-in to provide identification.
  • The park is located near Schiphol Airport. As a result, it is possible that you may sometimes be disturbed by low-flying aircraft.
  • In a chalet for 4 or 6 people, it is not possible to put a camp bed in the bedroom.

Halfweg is situated between the cities of Amsterdam and Haarlem: a small town surrounded by beautiful nature reserves, impressive cities, many places of interest and close to the coast. From here, you will discover North Holland at its best, because you can literally cycle to Haarlem or Amsterdam in no time, but you can also just as easily make a day trip to the coast. Do you prefer a day of culture? Then we definitely recommend Haarlem and Amsterdam. If you prefer a day in nature, then this is the perfect place to be. The dune and nature areas west of Haarlem are beautiful and offer the ultimate access to a wonderful coastline with many beautiful coastal towns and fine beach pavilions. In short: enjoy...

Grundsätzlich war die Unterkunft für den Preis ganz ok, aber:
- das ganze Haus ist schon ein Stück weit "abgewohnt" u. war nicht gut gereinigt
- die Schaniere der Türen an der Küchenzeile sind z.T. ausgeleiert, so dass sie schief hängen
- die Kühlschranktür u. die Gefrieschranktür schließen nicht richtig
- die Küche ist nicht gut ausgestattet

The cleaning of the house was very basic. (traces on the ground in the rooms, pieces of glass and cigarette butts on the terrace)
No inventory made on arrival. Brochures are missing (for example how to get to Amsterdam, map of Amsterdam, places to visit etc...)
