Charming 6-person holiday home with hot tub and sauna, located by the water in Giethoorn

On the quiet Dorpsgracht in the south of Giethoorn lies this attractive and spacious holiday home for up to six people. The house is located in the rear of the owner's house. The holiday home has three comfortable bedrooms with box-spring beds, each with its own bathroom. In the cosy living room you will find a modern open-plan kitchen with bar. You will enjoy complete privacy, a private terrace by the water and free on-site parking. A special feature is the secluded garden with wellness facilities: for an extra charge, you can use a wood-fired Finnish hot tub, sauna and garden shower. From the holiday home, you can discover the watery Giethoorn by boat or on foot. Nature reserve Weerribben-Wieden, one of the largest low moors in Western Europe, is nearby and ideal for lovers of peace and nature. In the region you will find the characteristic town of Blokzijl, with its historic harbour and cosy terraces. Steenwijk has a charming centre and offers the possibility of a fortress walk. Nearby Meppel is known for its canals and monumental buildings. Or visit Zwolle, a lively Hanseatic city with interesting museums, atmospheric shopping streets and good restaurants.

In the living room you will find a seating area with TV and a dining area connected to the open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, gas cooker, coffee maker, kettle and plenty of cooking and eating utensils. There are three bedrooms. Two of them have a double bed, a sitting area with television and a private bathroom with shower and toilet. The third bedroom is smaller and has a double bed with an adjoining bathroom that also has a shower and toilet. Outside, you have access to a private terrace at the back and side of the house, overlooking the village canal. In the enclosed garden, you will find a Finnish hot tub, sauna and garden shower at an additional cost. You can park your car in the private car park right behind the holiday home.
