Luxurious four-person holiday home with air conditioning is located in the Giethoorn holiday park. Rent includes boat! (electric Gieterse Punter). The holiday park is located in the center of Giethoorn. All holiday homes are located on the water. The park is also located directly on the 'Bovenwijde', a beautiful lake where you can enjoy boating, swimming and enjoying nature. The holiday park consists of 84 holiday homes in rustic colors and materials.
Layout
In and around your holiday home you can enjoy the peace and tranquility of and by the water. Through the patio doors you enter the spacious open kitchen, followed by the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and microwave. The master bedroom has a box spring combination (double bed) and spacious wardrobes and wardrobes. The second bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. From the living room with French doors you reach the terrace. This is equipped with four-person garden furniture. The large amount of glass in the living room makes your holiday home very light. Good to know: Holiday park Giethoorn is car-free. The accommodations are surrounded by water and can only be reached by a steep footbridge. Parking is available in the central car park at Restaurant 't Vonder some 400 metres from the park.

Particularities
- From March to October, an electric boat is at your disposal, included in the price. This boat is moored at your holiday home and can be used privately throughout your stay. A charging point is located near your holiday home. Please note that the boat is not available from November to February inclusive.
- These holiday homes cannot be rented for business purposes and the main booker must be at least 21 years old.
- From 1 March to 1 November you have your own sloop at your holiday villa, for which you pay a service charge.
- Please note that a deposit of EUR 35 is required. This deposit for the boat does not come through in the booking process, but is calculated and you also pay it on site.
- If, on arrival, it is found that the travel party does not form a family, the park may charge an additional group deposit of EUR 50 per person.

Location and surroundings
Giethoorn's idyllic setting is thanks to National Park Weerribben-Wieden. From your cottage in Dutch Venice you step straight into the green world. Sail through the water village, discover the cosy terraces and restaurants, and visit museums. Explore the surroundings by taking a nice walking or cycling tour through the beautiful park and discover the unique flora and fauna the park has to offer. Rather do something active? Then take to the heights at klimbos Paasloo. Fun for children! If you would like to visit a big city and go shopping, you can go to Steenwijk, Meppel or Zwolle.
