Beautiful 6 person holiday home on the water in Giethoorn

This beautifully situated, spacious six-person vacation home stands directly on the canal of the beautiful Water Village of Giethoorn. The canal leads to the lake Bovenwijde. The vacation park is located right in the center of Giethoorn, truly a unique location. This vacation home is suitable for 2 to 6 persons and is spacious with over 100m2 of living space. With folding doors to your private terrace, you are truly on vacation. The private terrace with barbecue is located directly on the water, if necessary you can moor your own whisper boat in front of your home. It is also possible to rent a luxury electric sloop.

Layout

This lovely holiday home has a spacious living room. The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle and microwave. Of course, there is enough crockery, pots and pans to put a delicious meal on the table. There are three bedrooms in the holiday home, each with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The holiday home is located in the atmospheric centre of Giethoorn and has a private terrace on the water including a mooring and barbecue.

  • Up to two parking spaces per dwelling available in the Sloothaak car park. This car park is located before the bridge. For the park you have to cross the bridge. Once you have checked in at reception, you can get a cart for your luggage.
  • It is possible to rent a deluxe electric sloop with cushion set.

Giethoorn's idyllic setting is thanks to National Park Weerribben-Wieden. From your cottage in Dutch Venice you step straight into the green world. Sail through the water village, discover the cosy terraces and restaurants, and visit museums. Explore the surroundings by taking a nice walking or cycling tour through the beautiful park and discover the unique flora and fauna the park has to offer. Rather do something active? Then take to the heights at klimbos Paasloo. Fun for children! If you would like to visit a big city and go shopping, you can go to Steenwijk, Meppel or Zwolle.
