Comfortably furnished living room with dining and sitting area, equipped with TV and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, combi-oven, four-burner gas cooker, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster. There are two bedrooms. Downstairs is a spacious bedroom with two single box-spring beds and a bathroom with rain shower and washbasin and separate toilet. Upstairs is a sleeping loft with three single beds and a sofa bed.

There is a spacious terrace facing south. One car may be parked near the house. There is a storage room for any bicycles.
