Spacious holiday home for two with unobstructed views of nature in Dwingeloo

This spacious holiday home, suitable for two adults, offers a unique experience in the middle of nature reserve the Leggelderveld. Just 300 m away is the Blue Lake with beautiful sandy beaches and rare clear and clean swimming water. The house is modern and attractively furnished, with underfloor heating and air conditioning. From the spacious living room you have unobstructed views of nature. The area is ideal for walking and cycling with the adjacent Leggelderveld and nearby nature reserves such as the Drents-Friese Wold, Holtingerveld, Fochteloërveen, Weerribben and Dwingelerveld. The towns of Dwingeloo, Diever and Appelscha are a short distance away, but the slightly more distant towns of Assen, Westerbork, Groningen, Meppel and Steenwijk are also worth a visit. Enjoy the Drents Museum Assen, Wildlands in Emmen, Shakespeare Theatre in Diever or the prison museum in Veenhuizen.

Layout

Dieses Ferienhaus verfügt über ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Sofa, TV und Flügeltüren, die auf eine teilweise überdachte Terrasse mit Blick auf die Natur führen. Die Küche ist großzügig mit Herd, Backofen, Geschirrspüler und Einbaukühlschrank ausgestattet. Sie können zwischen einer Filterkaffeemaschine, einer Senseo-Kaffeemaschine und einer Nespresso-Maschine wählen.

Das Schlafzimmer hat zwei Boxspringbetten (90 x 200 cm), die entweder getrennt oder zusammen gestellt werden können. Das Badezimmer grenzt an das Schlafzimmer und ist mit einem Waschbecken, einer Toilette und einer geräumigen, begehbaren Dusche ausgestattet. Draußen gibt es eine teilweise überdachte Terrasse mit Sonnenschirm, Gartenstühlen und einem großen offenen Garten. Das Haus hat Platz für ein Auto

Location and surroundings

Dwingeloo, Drenthe

Dwingeloo is located in the beautiful Dwingelderveld National Park. Here you can enjoy the nature and tranquillity for which Drenthe is famous. You can also enjoy an active holiday here: there are endless cycling and walking routes through the beautiful woods and heathland in the area. Many activities are organised in the summer months: markets, stargazing evenings and the Midsummer Festival. For a special day out, you can visit Remembrance Centre Camp Westerbork, hire a boat in Giethoorn or stargaze in the Planetron. For a day of swimming, go to the Blue Lake or one of the many (indoor) swimming pools in the area.
