Quietly located holiday home for 8 people near Durbuy

This lovely eight-person holiday home is located in a quiet area of Durbuy with beautiful views over the villages of Bohon and Warre. The holiday home is located a few kilometres from the city centre of Durbuy with all amenities. Durbuy is very centrally located in the Ardennes in the southernmost and largest province of our neighbouring country, Belgium-Luxembourg. Durbuy is located in a natural and peaceful environment and guarantees a wonderful and relaxing holiday close to home. The wooded area around Durbuy is perfect for hiking, horse riding or cycling. Nearby, you can enjoy motorcycling and kayaking or fishing in a nearby river.

Layout

The living room has a dining table and a cosy seating area with a wood-burning stove and a TV. The kitchen includes an induction hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle and filter coffee maker.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with a double bed and each with a bathroom with a washbasin, shower and toilet. The other two bedrooms are on the lower floor and also have a double bed. These bedrooms share one bathroom with a shower and sink. There is also a separate toilet.

Outside, there is a partly covered terrace with a large picnic table, four chairs and a coal barbecue. There is also a petanque court in the garden.

Durbuy, the smallest town in the world. In its cobbled streets, you can still experience the authentic medieval atmosphere. You will find the famous rock, the castle, numerous top restaurants such as Wout Bru's, cosy brasseries, shops, mini-golf and more. Durbuy and the surrounding area offer a wide range of diverse activities: beautiful walks, kayaking on the Ourthe, a game of (mini)golf, horse riding or a visit to Adventure Valley. Also visit one of the breweries in the area, discover the picturesque villages or explore a cave or castle. Whether you are looking for peace, nature, adventure, culture, gastronomy or sports, you will find it in this region.
