Detached 6-person holiday home with hot tub and infrared sauna in the Ardennes.

This beautifully located six-person vacation home, with sauna and whirlpool, is less than five kilometers from the cute and small town of Durbuy, in the southernmost and largest province of our neighboring country Belgium, namely Belgian-Luxembourg. Durbuy is located in a natural and peaceful environment and guarantees a wonderful and relaxing vacation close to home. The wooded area around Durbuy is perfect for hiking, horseback riding or cycling. Nearby, you can enjoy kayaking or fishing in a nearby river.

Layout

The spacious living room has a lovely sofa, TV, dining table and fireplace. Here you can relax and unwind. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, coffee maker, combi-oven, kettle, dishwasher and fridge freezer. There are three bedrooms, all with double beds. There is also an extra child's bed. The bathroom has a shower, bathtub and washbasin. There are two separate toilets in the accommodation. You have a private garden with your own terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. There is also WIFI and central heating throughout the accommodation. Parking: There is private parking at the accommodation.

You will find the famous rock, the castle, numerous top restaurants such as Wout Bru's, cosy brasseries, shops, mini-golf and more. Durbuy and the surrounding area offer a wide range of diverse activities: beautiful walks, kayaking on the Ourthe, a game of (mini)golf, horse riding or a visit to Adventure Valley. Also visit one of the breweries in the area, discover the picturesque villages or explore a cave or castle. Soms is het goed om als verhuurder een periode zelf in een te verhuren woning te gaan zitten.
Niet dat dit huis slecht is, maar er valt toch wel wat te verbeteren aan de algemene uitstraling en inrichting!

Een prima huisje, locatie is heel fijn in de buurt van Durbuy en Adventure park. Fijn verblijf! Schoonmaak was minimaal.
