Luxurious 8-person holiday home in the Ardennes - with bubble bath and sauna

This beautifully situated eight-person holiday home, with sauna and whirlpool, is less than five kilometers from the nice and small town of Durbuy, in the southernmost and largest province of our neighboring country Belgium, namely Belgian Luxembourg. Durbuy is located in a natural and quiet environment and guarantees a wonderful and relaxing holiday close to home. The wooded area around Durbuy is ideal for walking, riding or cycling. In the area you can enjoy motorcycling and good kayaking or fishing in a nearby river.

Layout

The kitchen on the ground floor opens onto the living room and two bathrooms with a walk-in shower and toilet. The kitchen includes a fridge with freezer, filter coffee maker, Senseo, kettle, oven and a four-burner hob. The living area includes a flat screen TV, a pellet stove and a bar with fridge. At the back of the house you can enjoy the garden and the terrace with barbecue and the covered outdoor wellness area with whirlpool and sauna. Four bedrooms on the first floor, three with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is also a washing machine in the hallway between the kitchen and the bathroom.

Durbuy, the smallest town in the world. In its cobbled streets, you can still experience the authentic medieval atmosphere. You will find the famous rock, the castle, numerous top restaurants such as Wout Bru's, cosy brasseries, shops, mini-golf and more. Durbuy and the surrounding area offer a wide range of diverse activities: beautiful walks, kayaking on the Ourthe, a game of (mini)golf, horse riding or a visit to Adventure Valley. Huisje en omgeving mankeerde niks aan. Alleen kwamen we er achter dat al die aftimmering op de plafonds er voor dient om zwarte schimmel te verbergen. Niet pluis en absoluut ongezond. Dit huis zou niet verhuurd mogen worden!! Service van het verhuurbedrijf was zeer matig.

2 dagen geen gebruik kunnen maken van het bubbelbad vermits de eerste dag deze nog moest opwarmen (op onze kosten) en een andere dag was deze uitgevallen!!!

Het huis is koel, maar erg donker en een beetje muf.
Veel privacy, maar geen uitzicht.
Krap voor 8 personen.
Fijn schaduwrijk terras (geen direct zonlicht), met rustgevend beekje.
Gevaarlijke trampoline vult eigenlijk het hele gazon.
Gebruiksaanwijzing van de jaccuzzi ontbrak.
Het huisje ligt rustig, in een prachtige omgeving.
