Beautiful 4 person apartment in the center of Drentse Diever.

This beautiful four-person holiday home is located in a small-scale apartment complex in the center of the beautiful Drenthe town of Diever. Diever is a real green village with many nice shops and restaurants and is the bustling heart of the municipality of Westerveld and of course the Shakespeare village of the Netherlands. Diever really offers everything a spoiled holiday maker could wish for. The many walking and cycling routes take you to heaths, fishing places, fens, sand drifts, recreational lakes, a beautiful hunebed and restored lime kilns. In between, you can cool off on the many terraces in the village and the surrounding area. Enjoy the hospitality of Drenthe!

Layout

Cozy and modern furnished living room with the theme "Oceania". There is a dining area and a sitting area which can easily be converted into a comfortable double sofa bed for a possible third or fourth person. The open kitchen has an induction hob, fridge, combi-microwave, kettle and filter coffee maker. There is one bedroom with a double bed (can also be put together separately). The modern bathroom has a vanity unit, walk-in shower and toilet.

There is a large storage room to store and charge bicycles.

Outside you have a spacious, communal garden at your disposal with a playground and a playing field. You also have your own terrace and garden furniture. You can park at the house.

Location and surroundings

Diever, Drenthe

Diever is an ash village located in south-west Drenthe and bordering the Drents-Friese Wold National Park. Diever is known for the open-air performances of the Shakespeare Theatre. The area has much to offer for a successful holiday or a nice weekend away. For example, you can enjoy the child-friendly sandy beach/nature bath Het Blauwe Meer, various outdoor pools such as bosbad Vledder, open-air bath Havelte and Beleefpark Dwingeloo. Other fun things to experience are the Primeval Museum in Diever, Museum De Proefkolonie in Frederiksoord and Miramar Zeemuseum in Vledder. Also fun: visit Museumdorp Orvelte or check out the dolmens that can be found in the province.
