Wooded 4-person chalet with hot tub and sauna in large private garden in Diever

This attractive four-person wellness chalet in Diever, Drenthe, is the ideal place to completely unwind and offers a garden with plenty of privacy. Enjoy the luxury of a Finnish outdoor sauna and a lovely hot tub. The cosy holiday home is fully equipped and is situated in a quiet location on the edge of the Drents-Friese Wold. Park ‘t Wildryck has various facilities, including a heated indoor swimming pool, bicycle rental, a restaurant and an animation team during the summer holidays. In the surrounding area, you can visit atmospheric villages such as Diever, Dwingeloo and Frederiksoord and take beautiful cycling and walking trips. Visit the famous Shakespeare Theatre or relax at swimming lake Het Blauwe Meer. For a fun day out with children, we recommend the nearby amusement park Duinen Zathe near Appelscha, as well as the special ‘Kale Duinen’. This chalet is the perfect base for nature and wellness lovers.

Layout

The cosy living room features a sofa with chaise longue, an armchair and a modern Smart TV and free Wifi for entertainment. There is a seating area with a round table and four chairs. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, combination microwave and fridge-freezer. The house has two bedrooms: one bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with a double bed, both with ample wardrobe space. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Outside, you can enjoy a private hot tub and a Finnish outdoor sauna, ideal for relaxation. You also have access to a gas-fired barbecue for cosy evenings in the garden, which is surrounded by the tranquillity of the forest.

Diever is an ash village located in south-west Drenthe and bordering the Drents-Friese Wold National Park. Diever is known for the open-air performances of the Shakespeare Theatre. The area has much to offer for a successful holiday or a nice weekend away. For example, you can enjoy the child-friendly sandy beach/nature bath Het Blauwe Meer, various outdoor pools such as bosbad Vledder, open-air bath Havelte and Beleefpark Dwingeloo. Other fun things to experience are the Primeval Museum in Diever, Museum De Proefkolonie in Frederiksoord and Miramar Zeemuseum in Vledder. Also fun: visit Museumdorp Orvelte or check out the dolmens that can be found in the province.
