Then visit Sauna Beautycenter Nijverdal. For a day out with the children, Slagharen amusement park is highly recommended, less than half an hour away. Is it a rainy day? This modern holiday home is centrally located on a spacious, fully enclosed plot of 750 m² and accommodates up to six guests. You will stay in a detached house built with a combination of wood and stone, set in a quiet, green environment where privacy and comfort take center stage. Thanks to underfloor heating and climate control, the house offers a pleasant stay in every season. Each room is individually air-conditioned, ensuring a comfortably cool temperature throughout the house, including the bedrooms, even on warm days.
Outside, you can enjoy a secluded garden with a hot tub and both an open and a covered terrace. In summer, the whirlpool (under the covered terrace) is already filled and heated to around 38°C upon arrival, so you can relax right away. In winter, too, it’s a delight: even when night temperatures drop to -5°C, the hot tub remains pleasantly warm. This is an excellent destination for those who love peace, nature, and active relaxation. The village of Den Ham is situated on the edge of the Vechtdal and the Sallandse Heuvelrug, allowing you to step straight into a varied landscape from the holiday home. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find vast forests, heathlands, and sand drifts. The nature reserves Eerde and Eerder Achterbroek are within walking distance (approx. 800 meters), and the Lemelerberg is also nearby—perfect for long walks along winding paths. In addition, the nearby Regge River is ideal for a relaxing canoe trip or a scenic bike ride along the water.
The living room is located on the ground floor, a smart TV with regular TV channels is available here. From the living room, there is access to the open terrace. The kitchen is directly adjacent to the living room and is equipped with a five-burner induction hob, a refrigerator, a large freezer, a combination microwave oven, a regular oven, an electric kettle, a filter coffee machine, and a dishwasher. A high chair is also available. The kitchen includes space for a comfortable dining area. There is a separate toilet on the ground floor, located in the hallway. The first bathroom is also located on this floor and is equipped with a rain shower. Additionally, there is one bedroom on the ground floor, adjacent to the bathroom. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms. Both bedrooms are furnished with high-quality hotel-style beds that can be arranged as either double or twin beds. One bedroom has two separate single beds. This floor also features a second bathroom with a bathtub (whirlpool), shower, toilet, and hairdryer. The holiday home is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and vacuum cleaner. The ground floor has underfloor heating connected to a heat pump. The upper floor is heated via air conditioning units, adjustable per room. The house is winter-insulated and features underfloor heating and air conditioning. The garden measures 750 m² and is fully enclosed with a one-meter-high fence. The private garden with hot tub offers both an open and covered terrace. Garden furniture is provided. There are three private parking spaces on site. The holiday home is easily accessible by public transport; the bus stop is just 100 meters from the front door. The house is located on a main road (N-road), which may bring some traffic noise. For most guests, this does not disturb the peace and offers the advantage of excellent car accessibility. Additionally, the Den Ham–Ommen cycle path runs directly alongside the holiday home, offering a perfect opportunity to explore the surrounding nature.
