Delfstrahuizen is a village on the Tjeukemeer in the beautiful province of Friesland and is a stone's throw away from the cosy villages of Lemmer, Joure and Heerenveen. The brand new villa park is located directly at the Tjeukemeer, where you can take a refreshing dive, relax at the cosy sandy beach or do various water sports. Do you feel like having some fun? Rent a boat and explore the beautiful Tjeukemeer at your own pace! The villas are all situated at a unique location directly at the water.

The water villa can accommodate eight people and is very luxurious, comfortable and spaciously furnished. This holiday home is fully equipped. The spacious living room has a comfortable seating area. The kitchen is luxurious and fully equipped. You can enjoy your meals with the entire group at the long, cosy dining table. The ground floor also has an extra TV room en-suite, a bathroom, separate toilet and a fully equipped scullery with washing machine and dryer. The first floor is spacious, with four bedrooms, all equipped with single box-spring beds and a smart TV. Two bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom, there is also a third bathroom on the floor and a Finnish sauna. On the landing you will find a separate toilet and the master bedroom has a spacious work area. Through the sliding door from the living room you reach the deck terrace, which offers beautiful views over the water. Outside, you have a veranda with a large dining table, spacious lounge set, parasols and two sun beds. So you can fully enjoy your holiday! The lowered landing stage with fixed swimming ladder allows you to fish, swim or moor your own boat. There is parking space at the holiday home for two cars, including a charging station for electric cars.
