Luxury 6 person villa on the Tjeukemeer in Friesland
This beautiful and luxurious six-person water villa is located in one of the nicer lake areas in the Netherlands, in the village of Delfstrahuizen. Delfstrahuizen is a village on the Tjeukemeer in the beautiful province of Friesland and is a stone's throw from the charming villages of Lemmer, Joure and Heerenveen. The brand new villa park is located directly on the Tjeukemeer, where you can take a refreshing dip, relax on the cozy sandy beach or undertake various water sport activities. Do you fancy some entertainment? Rent a boat and explore the beautiful Tjeukemeer at your own pace! The villas are all in a unique location right on the water.
Layout
The spacious and modern furnished living room has a comfortable corner sofa, underfloor heating, atmospheric gas fireplace and smart TV. The luxurious open kitchen has a dishwasher, four-burner stove, combi microwave, kettle, fridge-freezer combination, a Dolce Gusto (coffee) machine and a filter coffee maker. There is a cozy dining table for the entire group. Separate toilet.
From your terrace, which you can reach through a sliding door from the living room, you have a beautiful view over the water. There is sufficient seating on the terrace. The terrace is fenced with glass and fencing so that children can play freely.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, each with two single Auping box-spring beds, a spacious work area, smart TVs in each bedroom, ample cupboard space, two bathrooms with shower and sink. There is a separate toilet.
The villa has a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and a large extra storage room. During your stay you can use a high chair for children.
There is parking space for two cars at the house.

Particularities
- The lead booker must be at least 30 years of age or older.
- Children up to 12 years old do not pay tourist tax. Please indicate in the comments field of the booking process how many children are traveling and what their age is. This will be adjusted manually for you on invoice.
- The accommodations are very suitable for families and families but are not rented to young people, groups and sports clubs. If on arrival it appears that the group composition is different than booked, access can be refused.
- One set of kitchen linen is included. Optionally you can book extra kitchen linen.

Delfstrahuizen is a village on the Tjeukemeer, a stone's throw from the cosy villages of Lemmer, Joure and Heerenveen. The Tjeukemeer offers many water sports possibilities, but a day of relaxing at the cosy sandy beach is definitely one of them. Of course, renting a boat and admiring the beautiful nature reserve from the water is also an option. And speaking of water: a day in beautiful Giethoorn is also highly recommended! The kids can also have a great time at the Ballorig play paradise in Heerenveen or AquaZoo in Leeuwarden. And for some extra culture, the Fries Museum in Leeuwarden and the Fries Scheepvaart Museum in Sneek should also be on your list.

Prachtig park, mooie woning, perfecte visstek. Weinig privacy buiten. Erg gehorig, gesprekken van (over) buren zijn letterlijk te volgen. Vaak na 23:00 uur nog best veel lawaai op het park.

Mooi huis van alle gemakken voorzien op een mooie locatie. Zeer Schoon en met een berging voor onze fietsen. Prima aanrader en komen hier zeker nog eens terug.
