8 persons villa on holiday park Zeebad in Breskens
The eight-person villa is sustainably developed, completely gas-free and has solar panels and a heat pump. The park is located near Breskens, a popular family seaside resort with a lively centre which you can easily reach via the wide sandy beach. It has an authentic maritime character with the old fishing port and modern marina and offers various activities for young and old.
You have the vast North Sea beach at walking distance, it lies directly behind the dunes! The beaches have a blue flag, which means they are clean and safe. Zeeuws-Vlaanderen, a unique piece of Zeeland which guarantees beautiful walks and long cycle rides. The dikes and polder roads lead you past polders, creeks, tall trees and old pollard willows to ancient towns with a rich history. There is a cycling junction system so you decide how long you want to make your route and you will be guided along the most attractive points in the landscape. In addition, you are close to Burgundy Belgium.
With a holiday home at Holiday Park Zeebad in Breskens, you have a wonderful base for all kinds of excursions or activities on the beach, but you are also at the right place if you just want to enjoy your peace and quiet. All good reasons to rent this comfortable eight-person holiday home in Breskens!
Layout
The living room has a seating area with a television with streaming functions and floor heating. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, combination microwave, kettle and a Nespresso. There are two twin bedrooms on the ground floor. Both bedrooms have an adjoining bathroom with a walk-in shower. The other bathroom is also on the ground floor and has a walk-in shower. There are two separate toilets. There is also an indoor storage room with a washer-dryer.
Upstairs are the other two bedrooms with two single beds.
Outside, there is a partly covered terrace with garden furniture. The terrace partly floats above the water. Parking is available near the accommodation.

Particularities
- Exterior and interior may vary per vacation rental and may possibly differ from the photos.
- This vacation accommodation cannot be rented for business purposes and youth groups under the age of 21 are not allowed.
- The park reserves the right to charge a deposit between EUR 50 and EUR 500 per person on site. This deposit depends on the group composition. Please take this into account when making the reservation.
- In early and late season not all park facilities are always open.
- Maintenance work is currently being carried out on several lodges at the park. It is possible that the construction work may cause some inconvenience during the day. The park makes every effort to keep this to a minimum.

Breskens, Zeeland
The village of Breskens is particularly known for its fishing port and large marina. In summer, it hosts the famous Fisherman's Festival, which attracts the entire village for three days. Besides the idyllic fishing port, the beach is not to be missed. From the beach, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Westerschelde, the village and Vlissingen. From Breskens, you can also cross over to Vlissingen for a day out, a city with many shops, terraces and history. There are lots of fun things to do in the area. How about fossil hunting in Cadzand? Or taking a boat trip on the Westerschelde to spot seals and porpoises?

Die Ausstattung ist nicht mehr ganz in Ordnung. In der oberen Etage gab es ein Loch in der Tür. Ein Nachttisch war zerbrochen der Teppich im Wohnzimmer war an einer Ecke aufgestellt, so dass die schwiegerleute (ü70) mehrfach gestolpert sind. Wir haben dann den Tisch draufgestellt-das war ungemütlich. Pfannen waren von mindere Qualität.

Zeer tevreden met het verblijf: vriendelijk onthaal, mooie comfortabele accommodatie! Leuke omgeving...
Enkele minpuntjes konden de pret niet bederven. 😉:
- slechts 5 koffielepeltjes (accommodatie voor 8p)
- een braadpan was onbruikbaar
- vaatwasmachine was bij aankomst niet leeg.
- huisje stond vlak naast een bouwwerf
