Luxury 6 person holiday villa in Arcen, Limburg

With an indoor swimming pool with children's pool, swimming lake and fishing lake, water fun is guaranteed. But there is more fun. From recently renovated and completely new villas and chalets, you are sure to have a fantastic time here.
Layout
This luxurious villa features a spacious living room with a flat-screen TV and a DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge including freezer compartment, filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, dishwasher and combination microwave oven. The accommodation has three bedrooms with a total of six single box-spring beds. There is an extra television in one of the bedrooms. Furthermore, the villa has a bathroom with sun shower and a storage room with a washing machine and dryer. Outside the house you will find a lovely terrace with garden furniture. All villas have free Wi-Fi as standard. The villas have parking space for one car.
Availability
This type of holiday home includes properties that allow pets and that are pet-free. Are you unable to specify pets in the booking process for your travel party? Then unfortunately there is no holiday home available where pets are allowed.
Particularities
- Upon arrival, the park will charge a EUR 200 deposit for houses up to six people and EUR 300 deposit for houses of seven people or more. This deposit is paid through an authorization form.
- This holiday home can not be rented for business purposes and group of youngsters under 21 are not allowed.
- The indoor pool is closed due to repair and rehabilitation work Until 12 January 2024. Untill 18 December 2023 and after 22 December 2023 you can swim at Park Klein Vink in Arcen ( located 5 km away). Adults also get one free ticket per stay per person for the thermal bath during this period.

Arcen, located on the Meuse River, is not called the pearl of northern Limburg for nothing. Cycle or walk through forests, shifting dunes and Maas villages or along the stream valleys and beautiful Maas banks. Need a break? In the center of Arcen you can enjoy a refreshing drink, lunch or an extensive dinner on many terraces. Come to War Museum Overloon, but also the castle gardens in Arcen are absolutely worth a visit. In these beautiful gardens you will find many different flowers and plants. In addition, you can also visit the castle. You can visit several beautiful towns and villages in the area such as Venlo, Venray and Lottum and even several German cities are just a stone's throw away.
