Beautiful 6 persons villa on holiday park on Ameland near the dunes

From this beautiful six-person villa on holiday park Boomhiemke, you will have a wonderful holiday. The holiday park is situated on perhaps the most beautiful part of Ameland, at the foot of the Hollumer dunes and with the Jan Roepesheide nature reserve right next door. Here you are guaranteed a relaxing weekend on the Wadden Sea island of Ameland. Young and old will enjoy themselves in and around the park. There are various playgrounds, a swimming pool and in the summer period, there is even an animation team.

Layout

The living room has a spacious seating area with TV and stereo. The dining area adjoins the fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, four-burner cooker, electric kettle, coffee maker, fridge freezer and microwave. The terrace is adjacent to the house and can be entered through terrace doors in the living room. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs are three bedrooms, each with two single beds. Some houses of this type have a bedroom on the ground floor. There is also a large bathroom upstairs, luxuriously fitted with a shower or bath, washbasin and toilet. Their is a parking space for one car at the house.

Particularities

Engelsmanduinvilla numbers 13, 18, 8, 7 and 3 do not have a downstairs bedroom, but three bedrooms on the first floor.

  • The crossing to the Wadden island of Ameland takes about 45 minutes. Should you decide to take the car with you to Ameland, please note that you must reserve a place for your car on the ferry well in advance.  For pedestrians, the boat is accessible at all times. Book the ferry on 0900 9238. Information about the departure times can be found at www.wpd.nl.
  • These holiday homes cannot be rented for business purposes and the main booker must be at least 21 years old.
  • The park reserves the right to charge a deposit between EUR 50 and EUR 500 per person on site. This deposit depends on the group composition. Please take this into account when making your reservation.
  • Please note that in the period early November 2023 to early April 2024, the Koos Kids Club will be closed and there will be no recreational programme.
  • Please note that in the low season, the facilities are open on a limited basis from Tuesday to Thursday.

Location and surroundings

Ameland-Hollum, Friesland

On this island you can fully enjoy beautiful nature. Rent bicycles and make beautiful trips through the dunes or go for an amazing walk on the beach. On Ameland you will find several museums and one of them is the Cultuurhistorisch Museum, where you can learn all about Ameland's traditions. But if you do not come for the cultural entertainment and prefer to look for the action, this is also a good place to be. As a water sports enthusiast, you will be in luck: swimming, fishing, canoeing and kite surfing are all possible on the island. And of course, after an active day there is time for a snack and a drink in one of the many beach pavilions, restaurants or cafes. Ameland is definitely a great place to be!

We hebben met ons gezin (5 volwassenen, 1 tiener) een heerlijk weekend gehad op Ameland. De sfeer op het park is fantastisch en vanuit de luxe villa loop je vanuit je tuin zo de duinen in. Ons huis was schoon, gezellig en van alle gemakken voorzien. We komen zeker nog een keertje terug!

Het was heerlijk verblijven in dit huisje, in een super mooie omgeving.
Misschien een tip voor de schoonmaakploeg: check de keukenkastjes. Bij ons lagen veel kruimels in de kastjes.
