Beautiful 4 person beach chalet on Ameland at Vakantiepark Boomhiemke.

This beautiful four-person beach chalet is located on the Boomhiemke holiday park and contributes to an unforgettable holiday on Ameland. Boomhiemke holiday park is situated on perhaps the most beautiful part of Ameland: at the foot of the Hollumer dunes and right next to the Jan Roepesheide nature reserve. It is wonderfully quiet here so that you can optimally enjoy nature. Hear the seagulls and the rustle of the dune grass. There is plenty to do for young and old at Vakantiepark Boomhiemke. Enjoy a good book in privacy on your own sun terrace or close your eyes and feel how the sun warms your skin wonderfully. The tough Amelander farm style is a feast for the eyes and you don't have to worry about your children for a second. They will have a great time at one of the playgrounds, the swimming pool or with the animation team. It will be a holiday for everyone to remember!

Layout

The spacious living room features a seating area with fine sofas, a smart TV and free Wi-Fi. In the same space, you will find a dining room and a generously equipped kitchen with a cooker, fridge with a freezer compartment, combination microwave kettle, extractor hood, kitchen utensils, filter coffee machine and a dishwasher. There are two bedrooms with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin.

When you open the garden doors you are in the garden with a terrace and garden furniture. Their is a parking space for one car at the house.

Availability

Particularities

  • The crossing to the Wadden island of Ameland takes about 45 minutes. Should you decide to take the car with you to Ameland, please note that you must reserve a place for your car on the ferry well in advance.  For pedestrians, the boat is accessible at all times. Book the ferry on 0900 9238. Information about the departure times can be found at www.wpd.nl.
  • These holiday homes cannot be rented for business purposes and the main booker must be at least 21 years old.
  • The park reserves the right to charge a deposit between EUR 50 and EUR 500 per person on site. This deposit depends on the group composition. Please take this into account when making your reservation.
  • Please note that in the period early November 2023 to early April 2024, the Koos Kids Club will be closed and there will be no recreational programme.
  • Please note that in the low season, the facilities are open on a limited basis from Tuesday to Thursday.

Location and surroundings

Ameland-Hollum, Friesland

On this island you can fully enjoy beautiful nature. Rent bicycles and make beautiful trips through the dunes or go for an amazing walk on the beach. On Ameland you will find several museums and one of them is the Cultuurhistorisch Museum, where you can learn all about Ameland's traditions. But if you do not come for the cultural entertainment and prefer to look for the action, this is also a good place to be. As a water sports enthusiast, you will be in luck: swimming, fishing, canoeing and kite surfing are all possible on the island. And of course, after an active day there is time for a snack and a drink in one of the many beach pavilions, restaurants or cafes. Ameland is definitely a great place to be!

We hebben een fantastische week gehad. Wat ik wel mis is een opbergruimte in de woonkamer.. dat is ook op andere parken van Roompot het geval..
